This organic, fair-trade, full-city roast (coffee roasted between first and second cracks, characterized by its medium-dark color) is our decaffeinated bean. Look for all the smooth, full flavor and the same hints of chocolate as our regular beans, but without all the caffeine. This decaf is Swiss Water processed.
